Common questions
Does my client need to install anything?
No. The scope link opens in the browser they already have, including the one inside WhatsApp. There is no account, no password and no cost to them.
Can they answer in Arabic?
Yes. The client side is written in Arabic and in English, and your client picks. Their answers reach you in the same structure either way.
What if they only send a voice note?
A voice note is an answer. It is attached to the question it belongs to, so you can play it beside the room it describes instead of scrolling a thread for it.
Is the link the same for every client?
Yes — one link for your company, reusable. Each client who opens it starts their own scope, and never sees anyone else’s.
Do I have to stop using WhatsApp?
No. The link is made to be pasted into WhatsApp. Briked handles the part after the tap; the conversation stays where your client already is.
What if a client stops halfway?
Whatever they answered is already yours. Call them, or send the same link again — they continue from where they stopped.
