For fit-out contractors
Quote the fit-out before the tender return is due.
Send one link. Your client answers the questions a fit-out actually needs, and the answers come back as a structured scope you can price — instead of a thread you have to read twice.
14 days from approval, card required, cancel before it ends. A person reads every application, usually the same day.

The evening job
The fit-out gets priced twice: once on site, once at 11pm
You walk the shell in the morning with the designer, take photos, note the ceiling void and the landlord’s rules. Then you price it at night, in a spreadsheet copied from the last job, against a thread where the brief changed three times. The quantities are in your head, the rates are in a second file, and the client wants a number before either is finished.
One link, not a thread
The brief arrives as a structured scope
Send the scope link on WhatsApp. Your client answers guided questions — floor area, shell condition, ceiling and services, joinery, handover date — and adds photos and a voice note. What lands on your screen is a structured scope with every answer attributed to whoever gave it. Nothing to re-type.

Your rates, not ours
A priced scope built from your own rate card
Every quantity carries its source: what your client reported, and what you measured when you walked the shell. Rates come from your rate card, never from a market average we invented. Anything drafted for you waits under the amber rail until you accept it, because a person accepts every number before it leaves your company.

What your client sees
Send the quote at the level of detail you choose
Lump sum, sections, or every line — you set what the quote shows before it leaves. The tenant’s finance team gets the sections they need to approve it; your build-up stays yours. Your client opens the quote on their phone, in English or Arabic, with no app and no login, and accepts it with a tap and a 6-digit code.

Same words, one meaning
The fit-out vocabulary, and what Briked calls each thing
Four words that mean something slightly different on every job. Here is what they mean on a UAE fit-out, and the noun Briked uses for each, so the record and the conversation match.
- Tender
- The package a main contractor or a landlord asks you to price, usually with a return date and a fixed set of drawings. In Briked it becomes a structured scope you price once and reuse when the same package comes round again.
- BoQ (bill of quantities)
- The measured schedule both sides agree once the scope has been reconciled against a method of measurement. Before that point what you send is a priced scope — a BoQ is what it becomes after the reconciliation, which is why Briked never calls the earlier artefact one.
- Variation order (VO)
- A change to the agreed works after the contract is accepted — a moved partition, a different veneer, an extra data point. In Briked a variation is its own change to the scope, with its own record and its own acceptance.
- Retention
- Money held back from each payment until the defects liability period closes. In Briked it belongs to the payment milestones the contract records, not to a number you re-type into a spreadsheet at the end of the job.
Who needs an account
Office seats are paid, field seats are free
A fit-out company is lopsided: two or three people price and invoice, and everyone else is on site. So you pay for the people who build quotes and contracts, and the site costs nothing — foremen, charge hands and supervisors get their own login on as many projects as you run.
Office seats
Estimators, the QS, the owner — anyone who prices a scope, sends a quote or issues a contract. Paid, and counted per plan.
Field seats
Foremen, supervisors, site engineers — anyone who measures, photographs and reports progress. Free and unlimited, on every project.
General notes
An indicative range is a range, not a price. Only the quote you send your client is a price.
A person accepts every number before it leaves your company. Nothing drafted by AI becomes the record on its own.
Your client never pays for Briked. Answering your scope link, reading your quote and accepting it are free for them, always.
Your rates, your scopes and your clients stay yours. We never show one contractor’s work to another. Read the data promise

Common questions
Does this replace my estimating spreadsheet?
It replaces the part you re-type. Your rate card, your build-up and your judgement stay yours; Briked holds the scope, the quantities and where each one came from, and turns them into a quote and a contract. Most contractors keep the spreadsheet open for the first month and then stop opening it.
Can I use it for a main contractor’s tender package?
Yes. Price the package as a structured scope, keep the quantities with their source, and return it at the level of detail the tender asks for — lump sum, sections or every line. The same scope is still there when the variations start.
Does my client have to install anything?
No. Your client opens a link — from WhatsApp, an email or a QR code — answers on their phone, and later reads and accepts your quote in the same place. No app, no login, and they never pay Briked.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, on both sides. Your client can answer in Arabic and read the quote in Arabic while you work in English, or the other way round. Numbers stay Western digits in both languages, which is what UAE contracts and banks expect.
What happens to the drawings the designer sends?
Upload them against the scope. Briked drafts quantities from the sheets you point it at and leaves them under the amber rail; you accept, correct or reject each one, and whatever you accept keeps a link back to the sheet it came from.
Who can see my rates?
Only your company. Briked never shows one contractor’s rates, scopes or clients to another, and nothing you upload is used to price somebody else’s job. The data promise sets out what is stored and what is not.
Scope it, quote it, get it accepted — on your next job, with your rates.
