The last station

Accepted with a tap and a 6-digit code.

Your client accepts the quote on their phone. Briked records who accepted, when, from which device and which version — and opens a contract record with the milestone schedule you both agreed.

14 days from approval, card required, cancel before it ends. A person reads every application, usually the same day.

Chasing paper

The week between “yes” and the start date

The client says yes on the phone. Then the document everyone already agreed has to be printed, stamped, scanned and sent back, and the crew waits. Or nothing is agreed on paper at all and the job starts on a voice note, which is fine right up until it is not.

How acceptance works

A tap, then a code sent to the number you entered

Your client opens the quote, taps accept, and enters a 6-digit code sent to the phone number you entered for them. That is the whole step. There is no account to create and nothing to download, and it is free for your client.

The record

Who accepted, when, from which device, which version

Briked records the person, the moment, the device and the exact version of the quote that was accepted, and both of you can open that record later. What that record means for a particular contract is a question for a UAE-licensed lawyer — we describe the mechanism and leave the legal reading to them.

Payment milestones

The schedule you agreed, on the record from day one

The milestones in the quote become the milestones in the contract record: what is due, at what stage, in what order. When the first one is reached, both of you are looking at the same schedule instead of two different memories of a phone call.

What Briked records

Variations reuse the same step

A change later is a variation: priced in the same grid, sent as its own document, accepted the same way. The contract record keeps the original and every variation in order, so what was agreed and when is one list rather than a search through a thread.

General notes

  1. An indicative range is a range, not a price. Only the quote you send your client is a price.

  2. A person accepts every number before it leaves your company. Nothing drafted by AI becomes the record on its own.

  3. Your client never pays for Briked. Answering your scope link, reading your quote and accepting it are free for them, always.

  4. Your rates, your scopes and your clients stay yours. We never show one contractor’s work to another. Read the data promise

  5. The trial runs 14 days from the day we approve your application. A card is required to start it. Trial terms

Common questions

What exactly happens when my client accepts?

They open the quote, tap accept and enter a 6-digit code sent to the phone number you entered for them. Briked records who accepted, when, from which device and which version of the quote.

Do we still need a paper contract?

That depends on the job, its value and your own terms. Briked records the acceptance and keeps the version that was accepted; whether a particular contract needs a further formality is a question for a UAE-licensed lawyer. We are preparing guidance with counsel and will publish it here.

Where does the code go?

To the phone number you entered for your client. If the number is wrong, acceptance does not happen — which is the point of the step.

Can my client accept part of a quote?

No. They accept a version, whole. If they want a section removed, you revise the quote and send the new version; the old one stays on the record.

What if the client changes their mind afterwards?

Talk to them, then issue a variation. The contract record keeps the original acceptance and the variation in order rather than replacing one with the other.

Does my client pay anything to accept?

No. Reading the quote and accepting it are free for your client, always. You are Briked’s customer, not them.

Can I still give them a copy to print?

Yes. You can produce a document to print or attach. The record of what was accepted stays in Briked, so the two cannot drift apart.

Scope it, quote it, get it accepted — on your next job, with your rates.
