A-110Quote

What your client reads

You decide exactly what your client sees.

One total, section totals, or every line. The same quote, three levels of disclosure, chosen by you before it is sent.

14 days from approval, card required, cancel before it ends. A person reads every application, usually the same day.

The document you are judged on

Your quote is the part of your company your client actually reads

It arrives as a photo of a page, or a spreadsheet nobody can open on a phone, or a file with the previous client’s name still in the header. The work behind it was serious. The document that represents it is what your client keeps, and it is doing you no favours.

The disclosure dial

One total, sections, or every line

Three positions, set per quote. A repeat client may only need a total. A cautious homeowner may want the sections. A consultant may want every line. Your priced scope stays whole underneath either way — the dial changes what is disclosed, never what you priced.

Terms on the page

Validity, milestones and exclusions travel with the number

A quote is a number plus the conditions it is true under. Validity date, payment milestones, what is excluded, what is a provisional sum — on the same page as the total, in the language your client is reading, rather than in a paragraph at the end nobody opens.

One moment, two views

The quote is opened

You send a link. Your client reads it where they read everything else, at the level of detail you chose. You keep the version you sent, so a phone call about “the number you sent me” is about one document.

What Briked records

Which version, sent when, to whom

Every quote is a version. Revise it and the previous one is kept rather than overwritten, so “the number you gave me in March” has an answer. When your client accepts, the acceptance points at one exact version of one exact document.

General notes

  1. An indicative range is a range, not a price. Only the quote you send your client is a price.

  2. A person accepts every number before it leaves your company. Nothing drafted by AI becomes the record on its own.

  3. Your client never pays for Briked. Answering your scope link, reading your quote and accepting it are free for them, always.

  4. Your rates, your scopes and your clients stay yours. We never show one contractor’s work to another. Read the data promise

  5. The trial runs 14 days from the day we approve your application. A card is required to start it. Trial terms

Common questions

Can I send the quote on WhatsApp?

Yes. The quote is a link built to open in WhatsApp’s browser on a mid-range Android. There is nothing to download and nothing for your client to install.

Can my client see the whole breakdown?

If you set the dial there. One total, section totals or every line — your choice, and you make it per quote.

Is the quote in Arabic?

Arabic and English, both written for the client rather than translated at the last minute. Your client reads it in the language they chose.

Does the quote show VAT?

Amounts state whether they are before or after VAT, in the same place as the total. Briked is not tax advice — the treatment is yours to set, and your accountant’s to confirm.

Can I revise a quote after sending it?

Yes. The revision goes out as a new version, and the old one stays on the record instead of disappearing.

What if my client wants a file to keep?

You can produce one to print or attach. The link stays the version of record, so the printed copy and the live document do not drift apart.

Does Briked send the quote for me?

You send it, from your own WhatsApp or your own email. Briked builds the document and keeps the record; the relationship with your client stays yours.

Scope it, quote it, get it accepted — on your next job, with your rates.
