This page will be the policy. Today it is the outline: every section it will contain, in order, with the wording still with counsel. Publishing the shape early is more useful than publishing a template that says nothing.

Who this covers
Two people reach Briked, and only one of them chose it
A contractor signs up, uploads rates and runs jobs. Their client never signs up: they open a link their contractor sent, answer questions about their home, and read a quote. The policy has to speak to both, and the one who never chose us gets the shorter, plainer half.
What we hold
Account details, the work you make, and what your client sends
Company and contact details a contractor gives us; the scopes, rates, quotes and contracts they create; what a client types or uploads into a scope link, photographs of their home included; and the ordinary technical records any website keeps. We run product analytics on this site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell anybody's data.
Your client's side
Photographs of somebody's kitchen are not marketing material
What a client sends belongs to that project. Their contractor sees it, we store it to run the job, and we never show it to another contractor — the same commitment the data promise makes about your rates. How a client asks for their answers to be deleted, and who they ask, is one of the clauses counsel is writing.
Where it lives
Singapore today, and we will say so here before that changes
Briked's application and database run in a single region: Singapore. Backups are taken daily and kept in separate storage. If the region changes, this page changes first — before the move, not after. A named list of every service we rely on is a clause counsel is finishing, not something to guess at here.
