Core is the loop for a contractor pricing their own jobs. Pro adds the surfaces you point a client at: your public page, the Scope Pack, disclosure control on every quote. Enterprise is for a company with more than one office or a procurement team that needs its own terms. Every plan carries the same rules — a person accepts every number, and nothing leaves your company unreviewed.

Seats
A seat is a person, not a device
Office seats are the people who price work and accept numbers: the estimator, the QS, whoever signs it off. Field seats are free and unlimited — the foreman logging a day, the supervisor photographing a snag. You will never pay per crew member, and adding your client costs nothing, because your client is never asked to pay at all.

The meter
Only drawing extraction is metered
Reading a drawing sheet costs us real money, so that is the one thing with an allowance on it. The loop itself has no counter: scope links, client questions, quotes, contracts and the audit record are never metered. We tell you when you are near the allowance and ask before anything is added to your bill. Nothing stops mid-job.

The trial
Before you pay anything
Trials are by application, not by sign-up form. Tell us who you are and which job you are running now; a person reads it, usually the same working day. Once we approve you, a card opens the 14 days and stopping before the end costs nothing. Your client is never asked for a card, at any point.

Common questions
What does Briked cost?
The launch prices are being finalised. Tell us the size of your office and the kind of jobs you run, and we will send the figure for the plan that fits. Nothing on this page is a quote, and no card is asked for until we approve your application.
Does my client pay anything?
No, and there is no plan where they do. Answering your scope link, reading your quote and accepting it are free for your client, forever. You are the customer; they are your client. That distinction is deliberate — a tool your client has to pay for is a tool you cannot send them.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes, once we approve your application. The card opens the 14 days and nothing is charged during them. The day after they end, the plan you chose starts; stop before that and you pay nothing.
What counts as a seat?
A person in your office who prices work or accepts numbers — an estimator, a QS, a director signing off. Field seats for the people on site are free and unlimited, and your client never needs one.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is one invoice, at a lower effective monthly figure than paying month to month. Both figures sit on the plan cards above once they are confirmed.
Is VAT included in the price?
No. Prices are shown before VAT, and VAT is added at the statutory UAE rate on every invoice we issue. If your company is registered, your TRN goes on the invoice.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
It stays yours. Ask us and we will export your quotes, contracts and audit record for you — that is available today on request, and it is one of the commitments on our data promise page.
