For UAE renovation and fit-out contractors
Scope it. Quote it. Get it accepted.
Send one link on WhatsApp, get a structured scope back instead of a chat thread, price it with your own rates, and let your client accept it with a code on their phone.
14 days from approval, card required, cancel before it ends. A person reads every application, usually the same day.

The loop
Five stations, one job, one record
Every job runs the same five stations. A scope link goes out. A structured scope comes back. An indicative range frames the first conversation. Your rates turn that scope into a quote. The quote becomes an accepted contract. Nothing is retyped between them, and each station keeps what the one before it decided — so the contract you finish with can still show where every line came from.
- Scope link
You send it. WhatsApp, QR or a link.
- Structured scope
Guided questions, photos, a voice note.
- Indicative range
A range to talk about, never a price.
- Quote
Your rates, your terms, your document.
- Contract
A tap, a code, and a record you keep.
One moment, two screens
The enquiry arrives as a scope, not as a chat
Your client opens the link and answers guided questions about rooms, finishes and dates, with photos and a voice note where words run out. On your screen those answers land as a structured scope: rooms, work items, quantities, each one carrying the note that it came from the client and not from you. No evening spent transcribing a chat thread into a spreadsheet.

You decide how much of the quote your client sees
The priced scope stays whole on your side. What leaves your company is your decision: one lump sum, a handful of sections, or every line with its quantity and rate. Move the dial and your client’s copy changes with it. Same numbers, same document — one choice about how much of the detail travels with it.

Accepted with a tap and a six-digit code
No printer, no scanner, no three-week chase. Your client taps accept, types the code that arrives on their phone, and your quote becomes a contract on your terms. You keep the acceptance record: who accepted, when, from which device, against which version of the document — with the milestone schedule already drawn from the lines they accepted.

Provenance
Every number keeps its source
Open any line and it tells you where its quantity came from: what your client reported, what you measured on site, what came off a drawing. An assistant can draft a line, and that line sits under the amber rail as a draft until a person accepts it. Nothing drafted becomes your record on its own, and nothing leaves your company without your name on it.
| Item | Quantity | Source | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 mm blockwork — ground floor | 412 m² | Client reported | AED 35,432 |
| Gypsum partitions, both faces | 268 m² | Measured on site | AED 33,366 |
| C40 slab — first floor | 96 m³ | Measured on site | AED 107,520 |
| Waterproofing to wet areas | 38 m² | Draft, waiting for you | AED 4,180 |
For your client
Free for them, always
You pay for Briked. The person on the other end of your scope link never does — not to answer it, not to read your quote, not to accept it. It is your selling tool, not a line on their bill.
No app, no account
The link opens in the browser they already have. Nothing to install and no account to create.
Arabic or English
Your client reads it in their language and you read it in yours. Same scope, same numbers, mirrored layout.
Nothing to pay
Answering, reading and accepting are free for your client — on every job, for as long as they work with you.
What it costs
One flat price for the office. The site is free.
Briked is a flat monthly subscription per contractor — not a fee per quote, per contract or per acceptance. Site accounts cost nothing and are not counted, so putting a foreman on it never changes the bill. Your client is never charged. The plans, what each one includes and the founding price live on the pricing sheet.
One subscription
Priced per contractor, per month. No fee attached to a quote, a contract or an acceptance.
Site accounts are free
Office accounts are what you pay for. Foremen and site engineers are not counted.
Your client pays nothing
Not a subscription, not a per-document fee, not a share of the job.
Pilot
Run it on one real job, with us
The fastest way to know whether this fits your company is to put a live job through it. We set up your rate card with you, watch the first scope link go out, and stay reachable while the quote and the contract come back. If it does not earn its place on that job, you have spent a week and nothing else.
General notes
An indicative range is a range, not a price. Only the quote you send your client is a price.
A person accepts every number before it leaves your company. Nothing drafted by AI becomes the record on its own.
Your client never pays for Briked. Answering your scope link, reading your quote and accepting it are free for them, always.
Your rates, your scopes and your clients stay yours. We never show one contractor’s work to another. Read the data promise

Common questions
What does Briked actually do?
It takes a job from the first enquiry to an accepted contract in one place: a scope link you send your client, the structured scope their answers become, your rates applied to that scope, the quote you send, and the contract they accept with a code on their phone. Every step keeps its record.
Does my client need an app or an account?
No. The scope link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. They answer questions, read your quote and accept it without installing anything and without creating an account, and they are never charged for any of it.
Is Briked available in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic and English are both first-class: the same data, the same rules, and a layout that mirrors properly. You can work in one language while your client reads the same job in the other.
What if my client’s answers are wrong?
They usually are, in part — a client describes what they want, not what the work is. That is why what comes back is a scope to correct, not a price. Every quantity carries where it came from, so on the site visit you change what you measured and leave the rest alone.
Can I use my own rates?
Yes, and you should. Your rate card is yours: you load it, you maintain it, and it is never shown to another contractor or used to build a market average. Quotes are built from your numbers, not from ours.
How does a client accept a quote?
They open the quote on their phone, tap accept and type a six-digit code sent to their number. You get a record of who accepted, when, from which device and against which version of the document, and the milestone schedule is drawn from the lines they accepted.
What does it cost, and who pays?
The contractor pays a flat monthly subscription; the client never pays anything. Site accounts are free and uncounted. The current plans and the founding price for early contractors are on the pricing page.
Scope it, quote it, get it accepted — on your next job, with your rates.
